News flash......cooler weather slows down dough!

What? All intentions of attending the St. Peter Farmer's Market today........but didn't make it. Sorry if I missed you. Glad some of you headed to Mankato to get our nearly famous breads. Last night it was about 30 degrees cooler in the kitchen, and everything was in slo mo. I was still pulling bread out of the oven at 8:30. I enjoyed the cool temps......dough, not so much! Great turnout in Mankato today, 4 of us barely could keep up, all morning...........
