Strawberries for Sale

Not that many yet, and not as pretty as this pic, but tasty and that's what counts. Only have a few pounds, when they needed water......there was no rain......and we were busy watering our transplant crops. Think I need a well, hauling water is a daily pain in the ?^@_$&^.

Years ago I grew 2 acres in strawberries and 1/2 acre in raspberries. Now THAT was a lot of work.
Found out quickly that folks weren't wanting to 'pick their own' anymore. What?  That was the summer I got 'sunstroke,' before I discovered the benefits of wearing a hat.

Stop out and see me today! Everyday new people stop in and say "I've driven by here for years and never stopped in yet."  It's about time then!  =)
