Despite the terrific winds today, we spent it in the field, tilling and digging new varieties of daylilies. As soon as they are dug, I will post the photos. We will try to be open at our field market this Thursday if the weather cooperates, tomorrow sounds windy again. The photo above shows what we grade out as an 'extra large.' If this was potted up, it would be in a 2 gallon container. We had a great turn out for the 4th class last night. Happy to see so much interest in plants and gardens etc. Monday night is the field tour. Keep in mind we will have some weeds, as we are'Certified Naturally Grown' we cannot spray for weeds. The tour and demos will start at 6:30. You can arrive anytime after 4:30 if you want to browse the plants for sale. Class members will get their tomato and bell pepper plants that night.

Buck.....what are we going to do with you! There are 10 such openings that he could crawl into, but no, he has to pick the only one with plants! I really do have enough to do already. We will be at the Farmers Market this Saturday from 8-12 in Mankato. Please send our blog on to your friends and family. =)
How can you get mad at that face! Seriously!
