 Hello Everyone!

After years of a silent blog...I am back! I took a long leave of absence from blogging when I started writing a weekly garden column for the Mankato Free Press years ago. I mean - a girl only has so much free time! After many years of growing on a smaller scale at my home, my iris are over populated - time to offer them for sale. I am planning to have an iris 'garage' sale once or twice in July. A few assumptions are in place...weather cooperates, plants cooperate and I can wrangle some help to get the plants dug. I will not be able to take orders or hold plants. The only way it is possible to have a sale is to make it as simple as possible: dig what I can and offer them up! Iris are semi-dormant when they are dug in July after they are done blooming. Photo cards will be available at the sale for reference. There are 59 iris here that may be available this summer. Click on 'older posts' at the bottom of the page to see them all. The photos of the iris were all taken by me and colors are true to life. Diane
