Life's too short...get iris!

One of my favorite whites, meet 'Snowspoon,' This iris is a tall bearded (TB) It also belongs in a group called Spaceagers (SA) due to it's huge flounce at the end of the beard. Why thy picked the term 'spaceagers', I'll never know. Iris in this group have an unusual flounce, or spoon. The iris may also have a very large or upturned beard.
Enjoying iris at Earthworks. No, we didn't get new plastic on the hoop, a photo from last year.
About 40% of the iris are blooming to some degree. Predict the peak to be between Sunday & Tuesday. Stop out and order some for your garden, or chose from our already potted iris.

Some of my favorites are bloomin'

'Jurassic Park.' This guy really blooms over a long period of time. Very striking colors together.

'Sweet Stuff.' Very large flower, very fragrant.

'Witching.' Unusual colors, very intriguing.

'Tracy's Sunshine.' This is such a hapy flower, very attractive. This weekend we will likely have about 35-50% blooming if the heat comes in like they are predicting. By early next week will likley be the peak. Stop over a few times if you want to see them all! Call first or check blog for hours if we have had rainy weather. 507-382-9337
