And....More Garden tips

Q: Can I leave the plants in pots and plant them in the spring?

A: Absolutey NOT! If your final garden spot is not ready, plant in a temporary spot and move in the spring. The plant needs the protection of the surrounding soil, leaving in pot is sure death.

Q: Can I bring my potted perennials in the basement over winter?
A: Why would you want to do that? NO, plant them somewhere asap.
A few plants like geranium etc. are brought in over winter.

These have been a few of the questions folks have asked recently, so a few more of you may have been wondering.
